For reservations and detailed information, you can reach us at info@ardaesberk.com In our "AWAKEN THE HERO WITHIN YOU" training, referred to as the Bronze Level, participants will: - Gain a better perspective of themselves by getting to know themselves. - Learn practices through yoga and meditation techniques that they can apply in their daily lives. - Acquire basic knowledge needed to achieve body, mind, emotion, and spirit integration. - Focus on the power of thought and the management of emotions. - Learn emotional freedom techniques (EFT) to achieve emotional liberation. - Become knowledgeable about goal setting and progressing towards their goals. - Gain awareness about the concepts of yin and yang creation, and understand the concepts of ego and superego. The goal of this training is to help participants get to know themselves better and make healthier decisions in their lives. The content of the training covers topics such as body-mind-emotion-spirit integration, goal setting and management, the power of thought and emotions management, the concepts of ego and superego, the concept of yin and yang creation, and emotional liberation with EFT techniques. Total Training Duration: 12 Weeks Training Duration: 4 Weeks, 1 hour per week
