For reservations and detailed information, you can reach us at info@ardaesberk.com Our Silver Level Training is part of the "AWAKEN THE HERO WITHIN YOU" program and provides comprehensive information about the nadis, the three channels of the nervous system, and the seven chakras. This training: - Helps participants understand the chakras and channels anatomically, psychologically, and energetically. - Provides recommendations for the chakras and channels in daily life. - Enables participants to work in these areas through yoga, breath exercises, and affirmations. The goal of the Silver Level Training is to help participants reach a deeper level of understanding and awareness and to further develop their yoga practice. Throughout the training, participants will learn to understand the connections between body, mind, and spirit, and explore how to open their chakras to gain more energy, peace, and balance. Our training also offers a series of yoga asanas, breath exercises, and affirmations to help participants balance their chakras and nadis. These practices support participants in enhancing their spiritual and physical health, leading to a happier and more balanced life.
