What would your life look like if it were a movie? Now, how is life calling you to an adventure right now? Are you aware of the pros and cons of embarking on this adventure? Every person is the main character of their own life story. Every hero has a 12-step cycle. These cycles can be found in mythological stories, best-selling novels, and box-office-breaking films worldwide. In this training, created using the works of Carl Gustav Jung, Joseph Campbell’s The Hero’s Journey book, and Creative Drama methods, we will explore our own journey through the 12 steps of the hero. Training Content and Process Based on Carl Gustav Jung and Joseph Campbell’s work on the 12-step cycle of the Hero, this program will focus on resolving issues like communication problems, motivation, and goal setting through Creative Drama techniques and selected films, while creating awareness. In this 12-week workshop, each week we will discover how the stages of the hero’s journey correspond to our own life journey through a chosen film. The workshop, using techniques from all forms of art and creative drama, will ignite your creativity, and you will heal through art. Training Duration: 12 Weeks. 1 hour per week, 1 day a week. NOTES: This training is conducted face-to-face with the trainer, Arda Eşberk. Prior appointment is required for the training. Payment is made for 3 months of lessons. The training will be held in the area chosen by the institution. Travel and accommodation expenses of the trainer are covered by the institution.
