The Era of Freedoms

"Nothing in the world is as powerful as an idea whose time has come." - Victor Hugo

A person can fail. They can be caught, killed, and forgotten. But an idea, even 400 years later, can change the world. I have witnessed the power of ideas firsthand. I have seen people kill each other and sacrifice their lives for an idea. But you cannot kiss an idea. You cannot touch or embrace it. Ideas do not bleed. They do not feel pain. And they cannot love. And what I miss is not an idea, but a man. The man who made me remember the 5th of November...

On March 31, 2006, the film V for Vendetta premiered, written by the creators of The Matrix, the Wachowski siblings, and starring Natalie Portman in the lead role. The story of V takes place in England in the year 2020, under the rule of an oppressive government that governs through fear. Behind the illusion of democracy, the people are controlled in a violent and authoritarian manner. In the midst of this turmoil appears our mysterious, masked hero, V, who rescues an innocent woman, Evey, from her ordinary life and transforms her into a hero. However, this salvation and transformation represent the liberation of an entire nation. Because Evey’s awakening from her slumber will trigger the awakening of society and ignite the flames of rebellion. For this very reason, humanity will begin to rise up in the name of true freedom.

In the film, there is a date that must never be forgotten—November 5, 1605. But there is another date we should remember, one whose significance we will come to understand more deeply in the future—March 23, 2023! Why? Let us embark on a journey through time and space to explore the importance of this date together.

March 21 is the Spring Festival, also known as Nowruz! The word Nowruz comes from the combination of "nev" (new) and "ruz" (day), meaning "New Day." It is celebrated as the New Year by many nations and communities. On March 21, when day and night become equal, the sun, like migratory birds, begins its journey to the Northern Hemisphere. With this shift, the weather warms, snow melts, trees blossom, the soil turns green, and migratory birds return to their nests. For this reason, March 21 is recognized as a day of awakening, revival, and creation, celebrated under the name Nowruz/New Day.

At a time symbolizing rebirth, on March 23, 2023, Pluto, the planet of death and rebirth, will leave Capricorn and enter Aquarius, heralding a new era! Could this be a coincidence? As our hero V says to Delia in V for Vendetta, “There is no such thing as coincidence, Delia. Only the illusion of coincidence.” In the cosmic plan, there is no room for coincidence. As Einstein once said, “God does not play dice!”

So, what does this transition bring us, and how does it relate to our film? Let’s first get to know the actors of the sky. The planet Pluto, associated with Hades, the god of the underworld, represents hidden powers, death, rebirth, power struggles, and the transformation that follows. Wherever Pluto moves, it initiates a process of destruction and reconstruction. Aquarius, on the other hand, is associated with freedom, social issues, collective consciousness, mass movements, technological and scientific advancements, space, unity, and revolutions in astrology. On March 23, 2023, Pluto will enter Aquarius for the first time and will remain in this sign until approximately 2044. During this period, humanity may experience one of its greatest leaps in history! Experts warn us to be prepared for major reforms and revolutions.

Pluto’s cycle through the zodiac takes about 248 years, meaning its transitions mark significant historical periods. According to astrology, which I consider a statistical science based on cycles, Pluto last passed through Aquarius between 1777 and 1798. During that time, the world witnessed the independence of the United States, the French Revolution, the destruction caused by the revolution, the emergence of mass production through technology, and major social transformations.

In this new era, the desire to unite the world under high ideals will reach its peak. The general characteristics of Aquarius and its ruling planet Uranus will awaken dormant regions of the human brain, forcing the nervous system into an unprecedented transformation over the past 2,000 years. We can call this the Age of Enlightenment. But this enlightenment will not remain just at the level of consciousness—it will manifest through a leap in the human nervous system!

So, are you ready for this leap? That is the real question!
